most dangerous game
Agreed!

Explain how and why The Most Dangerous Game is a critique of western arrogance towards the so-called ''third-world" countries.

Personally, I don't think the story is such a critique, but here's the argument.

Zaroff would represent the western countries.  He is arrogant in that he believes that he has the right to treat other people as animals.  He thinks he has the right to dispose of them just for his own purposes.

You could say western countries did this when they had colonies.  They used the people of those colonies for their own (the westerners' own) good, not for the good of the colonized people.

While treating people in these ways, both Zaroff and the west claim to be civilized.
